"The fire of God fills the artist with holy pressure to turn the coal of matter into diamonds of art." says Alex Grey.
Thanks for your diamonds! The refractions are astounding.

Cat,
I would like to first tell you that your artwork and honesty have inspired me in the last week. I have been more reflective and searching myself. I also suffer from PMDD and I feel at least part of your pain. I would really love to have your permission to use one of your mandalas for the groundwork of my first tattoo. If that is a problem, I would really like for you to design one for me, we could email back and forth as long as it takes for you to get to know a little of my soul. This tattoo is going to be very meaningful to me, and done with consideration and reflection. Please get back to me at my email address as soon as you get the time. Thank you, Sincerely, Guinevere

Sometimes.. y'know.. I feel like the only thing that keeps me going is the kind words of strangers...

Thank-you xxx

Everything She touches, changes
Change is the essence of life, the nature of all reality.
Dawn breaks, and we change the world, and the world changes us. We dance the dance of daylight.
Night falls, and our concious minds rest.
But the life of the deep mind goes on: reliving, integrating, dreaming, moving and changing in realms shadowy to our waking selves, but nonetheless real.
We dance the dance of darkness.
In like manner, we are born to dance the dance of life; but when that ends and our living personas rest, the life of the spirit goes on in other realms.
We dance the dance of death.

Hello, I stubbled upon your website purely by accident, but you have inspired me nonetheless. I paint, and have for quite some time, but have had 'paintersblock' if you will, and have been feeling uncreative. Reading your website has reinspired my creativity. I now have many ideas, and want nothing more than to show the world the sacred beauty of the Earth. I have always thought I was different, but I am begining to see that there are actually people out there like me. You are BEAUTIFUL by the way!!

Hey! well i randomly found your site looking up mandalas and i really loved your art work. Theres nothing quite like the experience of seeing other peoples mandalas, even if it is through a computer screen! I guess thats why im leaving a message, its like im hipnotizeddddd. Anyway I wish you all the best!

Hey Sarah,

I have a 4 leafed Clover on my right ankle!!
I would say, keep it simple. It will be a small tattoo I presume. Maybe draw up a clover, with a spiral in each leaf? tribalise it, or add some simple decoration. If you would like me to design something for you, please email me. Thanks for stopping by my site!!

Cat,

Great site. I especially enjoyed your dialogue/explanation of your body art. I'd encourage you to continue pursuing your dream in that area. I've always found that the more experiences one gathers, the more expressive one's art becomes. To be able to permanently display your art on another person would be awesome. The trust they show you would be life-changing.

Keep on keepin' on,
Mike

I read your comment about the Olympic logo. Why on earth couldn't this useless government have made a competition on the lines of all the "reality tv" shows and got people with real talent to design the logo.
By the way, love this site.

Hi Cat! Your work is stunningly beautiful! You're an inspiration. With your perspective on tattoes, you might be interested in Poppy Palin's work as an artist who creates tattoes as sacred initiations. http://www.poppypalin.org/

Love and blessings,
